Kevin was extremely thorough while inspecting my garage door and informed me of issues that another company failed to notify me about. He installed new weather stripping on the bottom of my door and was very creative in fixing a gap due to uneven concrete. The new seal fits perfectly and is air tight. I'm very pleased and impressed with the service I received today.

Eric was fantastic! He fixed the issues we were having with our garage door closing properly. He quickly found there was a wiring issue and got it repaired. He also replaced the old rubber seal at the bottom of the door. We have used a large national company in the past and was not impressed with their service and prices. We wanted to try a smaller, local company this time and we are so glad we did!! Eric was great to work with and we enjoyed talking to him as well. We will use Precision Garage Door for any future services.

Same day service garage door spring broken. Colin came on time and was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave our garage door a detailed look over to see if anything out of the ordinary caused the spring to break. He answered all my questions on garage door maintenance and gave me options for bearings and springs since we were using the garage door frequently. He did a wonderful job.

What a terrific experience. Our cars trapped in our garage at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 pm it's all repaired. Eric is the type of professional that any customer would be happy to have visit their home. He was friendly, pleasant and efficient. He clearly explained the repair and the costs. The choice to use your company was a result of Google and location but we are certainly glad we made the call. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. They were very timely and professional, from my initial call through the entire process. I needed them quickly as I was working on an estate house and was only going to be in town for a few days. I very much appreciated their quick assistance. They provided me with updates on technician arrival times and the technician called when he was on his way. Brock S. was our tech. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the product. He was a pleasant young man and very respectful. He did a terrific job and was extremely helpful. I would definitely call them again.

I called Precision since my garage door made an annoying noise when I closed it. It didn't affect the performance of the door, but I was worried nevertheless. (I had called a competitor who told me I needed to replace the opener and the springs, to which we said, "No way.") When Nick and apprentice Stuart arrived, I told them I thought the noise was coming from the plastic piece that connects the arm to the door track. Upon inspection, they agreed. However, the noise was only slightly reduced after replacing the piece. Fortunately, Nick was not deterred, and he kept considering other causes. Finally, he discovered that the screws holding the track to the wall were not tight. Once he tightened them, the problem was completely solved. (I think the plastic piece needed to be replaced, so I'm OK with that small expenditure.) I'm very pleased that Nick spent the required time (more than 2 hours) to solve the problem. I'm also very glad that the noise is gone!
