Joel did an excellent job with the garage door opener install. Our garage is not new, which i know threw a wrench in the works, but as he said "I never let a garage door opener install beat me." Comes highly recommended!

Our technician, James, was on time and very polite. He explained all of the options available to us and was patient with my questions. He also understood that I needed to discuss with my husband, who wasn't home at the time, before any decisions were made. He wasn’t bothered by our girls or our dogs who were very curious about the work being done in the garage. Thank you for your prompt service and being available on the Saturday before Easter at no additional charge!

I ultimately chose Precision due to its customer rating. I was not disappointed. The service was timely and Kevin the technician was very detailed and thorough. I had a broken spring (1 of 2) on a double door. Kevin walked me through several options to help me make an informed decision, of which I chose the Door Re-Build. I am happy with my decision and will be back for any future needs.

Repairman was polite and professional and fixed the issue we called about. He also gave us a couple of options to fix additional items that our older garage door needed which we declined because of cost. My one complaint was that our invoice contained a $15.00 fuel surcharge plus a service charge. We live in the Indianapolis metro area and found that charge to be a ripoff especially since we were not informed of this when we set the appointment, only told of the service charge.

WE have had a lot of garage door work done...3 garage doors.....So issues do arise. Today Nick came out and fixed 3 small issues on 2 of the doors. He fixed them quickly and competently and then said "no charge"! Ahhhh! Customer service is not dead at Precision Doors!! I sincerely appreciate the help and the great attitude!!! Thanks Nick!

This company provides truly amazing very high quality skilled service. Our repairs were done by Nick and Kevin. They were very knowledgeable and clearly understand the importance of timely repairs to garage doors that don't work. They arrived in the time frame given and had all the parts and equipment need to do the repair work. They repaired our broken garage door rail, and programmed a new garage door opener for us.

Service call was originally placed to repair broken door spring. After Technician, Nick Zatkoff, inspected my door, there was a few other repairs that he suggested to make. Nick was very thorough with his work and took care of my garage door and had it back up and running in a short period of time. Great Job !

We needed a full replacement as our door, spring, motor, rails everything was 30+ years old. Everyone was here when they had been scheduled to come. They would call beforehand to make sure I was at home, answer any and all questions I had. Once we went ahead and ordered the door, Justin our installer called before he came, set up quickly and got straight to work. He told me it would take about 2.5 hours to tear out and install the new system. He was right on the nose with the estimate of time. Walked me through what he had done and a part on our garage floor that needed attention to make a better seal. He was quick, clean, and courteous of our home. I would recommend them over and again because no one tried to oversell me on anything, gave me as many discounts as we qualified for and were just did everything as we asked and performed as expected!

I could not be happier with the installation of 4 new garage doors and door openers. Josh, the technician, was outstanding in going about the removal of our old doors and the installation of our new ones. Josh made sure that each door was fit with precision ( no pun intended). He helped me set up the internet feature for each opener. His cleanup left the garage cleaner than he found it. I am so pleased that we contracted with Precision Door.

Nick and Kevin (still in training) were pleasant to talk with and were thorough in explaining the problem and offering solutions. They are both very personable and Nick seemed very knowledgeable of your products and offerings. While we haven't yet decided which garage door and opener we will settle on, I feel Nick provided us a good range of products, prices, and possibilities.
