I the best service in my life today! The professionalism,level of concern,high tech and advanced knowledge displayed by the technician is worthy of praise. I am going to call channel 6 news Mr. Raffel Sanchez and give him some good news to put out! I could not believe it ,he never gave up even though the job was difficult he just kept working at it and accomplished the mission! This guy deserves a 4 day bonus pay he earned it!

"Scales" are an open invitation to inflation. I called Monday close to noon because the door opener had gone fritzy, Precision having serviced it in 2006. My call must have sounded frazzled. But the young lady was extraordinarily gracious and considerate, scheduling someone to arrive within two hours. And Nick did. He was excellent in his advice and his work. And a most cheerful humor. All in all I was delighted. And I send special thanks to both who were so kind and so good.

While traveling I was notified that my garage door was open and stuck. I found your company on line. You guys told me exactly when you would be there. You also called before you came and arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled. You guys did a great job in my opinion. What's interesting is I called another company and they couldn't tell me when and if they would be there. However, you guys came through like champs.

I was very pleased with Precision Doors service and technician Josh. My original issue, or so I thought, was with my garage door opener, but rather it was with the rollers and damaged door. Josh advised replacing the rollers or since my door was damaged and ill fitting to the door frame replacing the door. While replacing the rollers would have been less costly, in the long run replacing the door which was installed with new rollers was the best answer. While I had a small doubt this would fix my garage door opener issue, it is now 4 months later and I have not had a problem since the new door was installed. Josh was very nice, didn't treat me as if I knew nothing about garage doors though I know nothing about them which he clearly knew, and was just an overall pleasant person. I have recommended Precision Door Service and will continue to do so.

Nick was very prompt, calling to let us know when he was on his way to us for our garage door broken spring and after speaking with him, we decided to have him refresh our garage door with their package that replaced the rollers and other typical worn out parts. Nick explained everything before he started and finished promptly. We used Precision door previously for two broken door springs and were able to receive a quick appointment when we called on a Sunday for service on Monday. Would recommend Nick and Precision door.

A sensor board had burnt out due to power surges and my remote was no longer working. Josh phoned me to say he was on the way, arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable and replaced it in a short amount of time. He even offered to pull my car back into the garage for me. I have a steep incline and we had discussed my mobility problems being the reason I needed the garage door opener fixed so quickly. He was very thoughtful! Great service!
