I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail. It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage when your big springs break. Precision was able to come out same day and fix all the issues, with thorough explanations and options for repair. Door runs smoothly and is MUCH quieter now! Great guys too, courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. I would definitely use them again.

James came out and did a wonderful job completely restoring our garage door. It is actually working better now than it did when it was new. I have better parts and a good warranty and James did a nice job explaining the options available to us. I found your company and home advisor I believe and I had already had a estimate from one other company but the gentleman who came out and gave me the estimate and the door was professional and Advised me that the door that the other company was going to put in was not as good as the one that Percision would put in and gave me a good deal. The technicians they came out and installed the door were very professional and thorough and did a great job and I would truly recommend you guys to anybody that asks if I knew somebody that puts garage door opener's in .

Highly recommend the service. They only recommend the service they feel you need but will certainly answer any questions re addtl service you are considering. Service came out and "fine tuned" the(garage door opener and said, over all, was in great shape but the original hardware on the 1952 garage door was worn out. So I had the service tech rebuild it, as the door was still solid, and certainly less expensive that a new door. And I won't be kicking myself for not having it done when I come home in the rain, sleet, or snow. GOOD JOB PRECISION !

Vladimir was the technician. He dealt with my 65-year-old door and its rollers, pulleys, chains, and springs. It is a very heavy door, and he went to a good deal of trouble to get a strong enough pair of springs that the door was easy to lift. He also recommended a good seal for the bottom of the door to prevent leakage across my uneven garage floor. Great service!

Aaron, the gentleman who worked on my garage door, seemed very knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable with his explanation of the issues he found and his recommendations on what should be repaired. My house is over 30 years old with a two car garage. Both the garage door and the opener are the original ones installed when the house was built. He found no issue with the opener itself, but found some problems with the door. After making the repairs he suggested, my garage door and opener are both operating smoothly and quietly. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and the end result! I no longer grit my teeth when opening and closing my garage door! Thank you Aaron and Precision Door.
