Used Precision at our previous home and had no fear of using them again at our new home. They allowed me to schedule an appointment at 9:30 the night before, didn't have to wait until the next day to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were on their way and they were on time. Andrew, the technician, was polite and thorough. He explained all of my options and explained the benefits of each option. When I decided on the option, the service was done and he walked me through and showed me everything he did. wish I would have called you to begin with called some other company and was lied to about pricing when they got here I was gone my wife was home and they tried to tell her a different price I guess they thought she would not call me to see what the price I was told made them leave and I will never recommend them to anyone as far as I'm concerned they are liars and thieves thank you precision

Justin called before arriving to let us know his exact ETA, got the door installed in under 2 hours (and so quietly! Could hardly tell he was here!), explained everything he had done, and verified everything was working with me multiple times before leaving. Our entire experience from Nick getting things functional and helping me pick a door to Justin installing the new door was exceptional. They don't force sell you things you don't need and answer every question honestly. Would absolutely recommend Precision to any of my family and friends.

Aaron Taylor was the serviceman that repaired our garage door. He was very thorough and explained my options to repair the broken spring on the door and his recommendation when I asked for his opinion/assessment of the best course of action for repair. He was very courteous. I was not expecting to spend the amount that I did but I feel that was the best and most cost effective in the long run and for safety reasons as well.
