Hi, Corey was very nice on time and he fixed the issue with my door but when I made the appointment I thought the young lady I spoke with (by the way she was very nice also) told me he would inspect and grease the parts and I am sorry I don't think that happened. Jeff was great! He explained everything and told me never to use WD-40 as a lubricant. I agree (it's a penetrating oil at best). He was very thorough. I used the ad the company had on Angie's List.

I'm so glad I bought the Big Deal on Angie's List for Precision to service our gargage door. I knew it had not been serviced for the 10 years we have lived there and it was getting pretty loud and labored. Corey did a fantastic job of explaining how everything worked and what he found as he went through his inspection. He gave very reasonable options for repairs and maintenance which we took advantage of. It is working like new now and we are extremely pleased with the results.
