My door starting acting up on a Friday evening, I called Precision Saturday morning and within 90 minutes they had a technician at my home. Drew diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes and presented several opinions after clearly explaining what was causing my issue. Once I had chosen how I wanted to proceed, Drew quickly fixed my unit. James came to our house to fix a busted spring and he informed us that we should have a 2 spring system instead of the one due to the bigger heavier door. He gave us a quote which was higher than what we had liked but once we thought about it the quote was reasonable given the fact he had to replace the torsion bar, drums and and 2 new springs. James was very knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thanks James and thanks to Precision.

We called Percsion and the tech Josh was out here in less than an hour. We had broken spring and he offered to give the entire system a look over. He made adjustments where needed and recommend replacement parts. We will call again in the future.

I contacted Precision because my garage door would not close and the cable to lift the door had completely broken off the unit. The staff was very professional and explained the process thoroughly when scheduling my appointment. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. My technician was Tyler Galloway. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was and gave me several options on fixing the problem. He was very professional, respectful and efficient and was timely with repair, contacting me when he was on his way. I would recommend Precision and technician Tyler Galloway to anyone who needs garage door repair. Very professional and respectful, I can't say that enough. 5 stars and if I could give higher I would. Wonderful company!

Amazing job. Turns out I needed a new motor. The guys did an amazing job cleaned up after them selves. Really nice and helped explain what what’s wrong after spending time looking at the motor figuring out it needs to be replaced not just repaired. If you are looking for a good deal with expert advice pick this company. Andrew is a superb tech and really knows what he is doing.

I called in to get a quote before i scheduled the repair. I was quoted $145 for spring and installation. My other half told him he wanted the $145 spring before he installed it as well. The tech put in a $240 spring, instead. Why? totaling 271.... What the hell.. Almost double.. Trying to get a refund for the over charge.. I'll write another review tomorrow, after Im able to talk to management about it. They were gone for the day at 4:22 pm, So I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully resolve this.

I was extremely pleased with Andrew. He came to my house to give me an estimate on two openers. He was thorough in his explanation of how one could be installed but would need some additional adjustments with regard to the track not being in place.
