Eric was very nice and actually showed me the problem. I didn't get same day service, which wasn't Erics fault. The price was the only thing I had fault with, even though they let me make it in two payments. I still really couldn't afford it but knew I had to have it fixed. Eric did a very good job and the door works fine and runs quieter.

Andrew arrived early. He checked out my existing door and because the hardware is 35 years old he had some adjustments to make the door operate smoothly. He suggested new rollers, but said the door would work without them. I decided to replace the rollers now, because they eventually would need to be replaced. Andrew worked efficiently and the door and new opener works easily and quietly. I am pleased.

Following a call to your firm by me based upon past service by a Precision tech, Eric came to our house to provide an estimate for the purchase of two garage doors. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions, showing us several choices and providing estimated costs for each one. My only concern is that there are too few color choices for the Amarr carriage doors. We may decide to look elsewhere simply because of the lack of color choice. Otherwise, the visit was very professional and helpful.

Jeff was punctual, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He explained what went bad on the hardware and what parts needed replaced. He also inspected our other garage door hardware, and determined it to be in good working order. I am very pleased with Jeff's work. I would call again because of my experience with Jeff. Pricing was a little high.

Eric was great! Our owner really wanted to keep our old wooden garage door as it was an original in the building and we were able to do that with Eric's help. He repaired the garage door, glass and lots of other parts and installed a new garage door opener. The owner is really pleased.

You had prompt service and great customer service at the time of my phone call. However, the "up sale" on services/products once the tech arrived was a little upsetting and way too much over kill... actually, I almost decided not to have the service done. Not sure if I would recommend your company to anyone moving forward.
