However, the "up sale" on services/products once the tech arrived was a little upsetting and way too much over kill... actually, I almost decided not to have the service done. Not sure if I would recommend your company to anyone moving forward.

Eric was great! Our owner really wanted to keep our old wooden garage door as it was an original in the building and we were able to do that with Eric's help. He repaired the garage door, glass and lots of other parts and installed a new garage door opener. The owner is really pleased.
