JOSH CAME OUT AND FIXED OUR OPENER. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAD PUT IN LED BULBS IN OUR OPENER, AND THAT WAS THE CAUSE OF OUR PANEL BURNOUT. DO NOT PUT LED BULBS IN YOUR OPENER! PRECISION DOOR SERVICE, A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The spring suddenly broke on one of our garage doors. We couldn't get the car out, so found Precision on the internet and gave them a call. This was on a Sunday and Joel was there by evening. I chose this company mainly for the 4-hour guaranteed service even on weekends; however, I called on a Sat and the first available time was the following Mon, and that didn't work for me, so I had to take Wed off work. That is the only reason for the 4 stars b/c I had my hopes up for a weekend fix and felt the website was misleading. The technicians that showed up were great and friendly.
