My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.

The team at precision was nice they took the old doors down cleaned up the mess. When installing the new doors they took time to make sure everything was in working order and even took their time to Connect our phones & vehicles to open our doors .
