We had a spring break on our garage door Saturday night late. Our daughter recommended that we call Precision. Called on Sunday about 4pm and it was fixed by 1:30pm Monday. Can't bet that for fast repair. We were very pleased with Ryan our tech. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his work.

I've used Precision Garage doors before and always get great service. Today, technician, Scott, was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He tuned up and replaced old parts on my Garage door and it's quiet again.

I could not get out of my garage because the spring had broken. Ryan showed up in the afternoon and did an excellent job of getting my door back in shape. He pointed out several other things that needed replaced but did not pressure us to purchase them. We went ahead and replaced several items on the door and the door is working great. I had heard about your Service through my neighbor. I made appointment on line and called to confirm the next morning. The receptionist advised me of an earlier time if I wanted it and I accepted. Andrew showed up on time and let me know when he would be there prior with a phone call. He figured out my unique problem and advised me of all the options and costs. It was a big job for him to do but he was up to the tasks and went "Above and Beyond" to get my door up and running smoothly. I would definitely use Andrew again. He explained what the problem was and what he would do to repair it. He provided options. We decided to defer some of the options. I would like to talk to someone from customer service. I recently had service completed and the guys were very friendly and did a good job. However, I feel the pricing was way too high. I agreed to it, but after looking up how much these parts cost after the fact and how long it took to complete the work, I feel completely taken advantage of. Not a good feeling to have about a business.

Pat is a good asset to your company. He arrived and made an inspection of the door including the track and rollers. Explaining each step thoroughly he made the necessary adjustments making the door travel easier. He did make a statement that he had not worked on a commercial motor before but didn’t hesitate to learn and make adjustments so the door would operate properly solving the issue that I had called about. The technician who performed the repair was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and resolved the issue. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, but the charge for parts was exorbitant. I expect a considerable markup on parts during a service call but the amount charged seemed excessive. I would give the service 5 stars, but the cost of parts one star.
