The technician who performed the repair was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and resolved the issue. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, but the charge for parts was exorbitant. I expect a considerable markup on parts during a service call but the amount charged seemed excessive. I would give the service 5 stars, but the cost of parts one star.

You guys are a great company did a great job much knowledge of their garage doors and options that people can choose from. I have a 30-year-old garage door who the man, Drew, amazingly did the best he could and we ended up going with a new system anyway but that's okay. I love the experience and the knowledge that I received. Not to mention the little bio but the person coming to my house Drew was very nice and very experienced

Pat is a good asset to your company. He arrived and made an inspection of the door including the track and rollers. Explaining each step thoroughly he made the necessary adjustments making the door travel easier. He did make a statement that he had not worked on a commercial motor before but didn’t hesitate to learn and make adjustments so the door would operate properly solving the issue that I had called about. Thanks again for the good and timely service.
