I had heard about your Service through my neighbor. I made appointment on line and called to confirm the next morning. The receptionist advised me of an earlier time if I wanted it and I accepted. Andrew showed up on time and let me know when he would be there prior with a phone call. He figured out my unique problem and advised me of all the options and costs. It was a big job for him to do but he was up to the tasks and went "Above and Beyond" to get my door up and running smoothly. I would definitely use Andrew again. It's refreshing to use a company that values customer service. Martin came to repair our garage door spring. He was on time and courteous. He explained what the problem was and what he would do to repair it. He provided options. We decided to defer some of the options. I would like to talk to someone from customer service. I recently had service completed and the guys were very friendly and did a good job. However, I feel the pricing was way too high. I agreed to it, but after looking up how much these parts cost after the fact and how long it took to complete the work, I feel completely taken advantage of. Not a good feeling to have about a business.

Pat is a good asset to your company. He arrived and made an inspection of the door including the track and rollers. Explaining each step thoroughly he made the necessary adjustments making the door travel easier. He did make a statement that he had not worked on a commercial motor before but didn’t hesitate to learn and make adjustments so the door would operate properly solving the issue that I had called about. The technician who performed the repair was very prompt and thorough. He did a great job and resolved the issue. The cost of the labor was very reasonable, but the charge for parts was exorbitant. I expect a considerable markup on parts during a service call but the amount charged seemed excessive. I would give the service 5 stars, but the cost of parts one star.
