My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.

The team at precision was nice they took the old doors down cleaned up the mess. When installing the new doors they took time to make sure everything was in working order and even took their time to Connect our phones & vehicles to open our doors . They arrived pretty much on time. They did a good job figuring out the problem. Gave us a timely estimate and was able to fix it the same day. Chose Precision because of advertising online and that they serviced Martinsville. also because of reviews. Mike did an excellent job--quick and our garage door was just like new. Replaced springs, rollers cables and more.

Over all I'm happy with the install.[detached garage] I did not like the fact it costs $80 for an estimate, you have no way to price shop. I hope POHD is competitive lol ! I will do a lot more research when I replace my house OHD and opener !

Our experience was trouble free, Andrew, our service tech, explained everything in words we could understand, and with our approval, replaced the seals on 3 doors, installed a new exterior keypad and several other repair /tune-up items he and my husband discussed. Everything done A-1, and the cost very fair. Money well spent! ! We would definitely call back if needed for future service! !

I called Saturday morning regarding a broken spring and a very pleasant voice answered setting up an appointment that afternoon from 4-6 pm. I received a call before 2 pm that an earlier time from 2-4 pm was available and I said yes. About 10 minutes later I got a call and the technician would arrive in 10 minutes. Ben Heflin arrived and introduced himself. Ben evaluated the situation and checked several options for the best deal for me and I said go ahead with the PDS overhaul. Ben conducted him self with true professionalism. He made a complete inspection of all components and asked if I had any questions and I relied no. He cleaned up all the replaced parts and finished the contract. I am completely satisfied with the quick response as well as Bens knowledge and expertise. Thank You
