I never had to work on a garage door before, so I threw the dice and reached out to Precision. This was a true 5-star experience. You first get a message giving you some real info about your technician, so it isn't like meeting a stranger. Then Eric G came and saved me. The previous owner destroyed the garage by installing the door with no stud. He masterfully fixed everything, and you wouldn't even know he had to cut into it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have my business when it comes to garage door maintenance and installs from now on.

Our garage door needed several repairs and it was off the track. It was super easy to make an appointment on line. RJ showed up on time and was beyond professional. He explained what happened and gave my husband and I several options so we could chose the one that fit our budget and needs. RJ was absolutely amazing. The garage door goes up and down better than it ever did when he was finished!

Garage door broke of course on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to speak to a real person and she talked me through disabling it so it would stay shut overnight. She also set me up with an appointment for the next day. The service tech was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it up and now it’s working just fine. Pricey, but isn’t everything these days?

We woke up on a Sunday morning with a broken garage door and cars trapped inside. I was able to make an appointment quickly online for same day repair. Our technician Isaac was very respectful and kind. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well. He explained the issues and all of our solution options thoroughly while also allowing us time to discuss what we thought was best for us. He was very tidy and efficient with his work and had it fixed in no time. What a relief it was to get it done so quickly and on a Sunday no less.

On August 20, 2024 Cole was next door to our home working on the neighbor's garage doors. I went over to him and asked him if he would come look at my door. He gave me a number to call the office and get us put on his schedule. Cole came over and gave us information regarding our door. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in taking his time to explain everything to us. He gave us many options for an opener and time frame in which he could do the work. I chatted with Jessica online this morning, she had the Technician Orlando at our house within a couple of hours. He did some problem solving and determined the main problem and some future problems. He was able to give us a detailed list what could be replaced. He fixed the problem and lubed the garage door. Seemed like a fair price except for an Energy Surcharge of $23.00 on the final bill. Orlando was focused and polite.

Had a gear that needed replacing on a 1990's Wanye Dalton door opener. Called in for a schdeuled service and Austin showed p the next day and completed the door opener install quickly and professionally. Will use Precision Garage door service again when I need the other opener replaced.

We had a spring break on our garage door Saturday night late. Our daughter recommended that we call Precision. Called on Sunday about 4pm and it was fixed by 1:30pm Monday. Can't bet that for fast repair. We were very pleased with Ryan our tech. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his work.
