I cannot say enough good things about Precision and specifically the gentleman, Eric M, that came out to do the work. When I called due to an ongoing issue with my garage door, they were able to get a technician out within 2 hours. Eric stayed through a snowstorm to complete the work and ensure I was fully satisfied with the results. Eric was incredibly professional, explained my options, and completed the work to a high standard. I will definitely recommend Precision in the future.

Oh we definitely swiped right for Colin 100% We weren't sure if we signed up for a date or a repair with the confirmation text we got lol. Colin was excellent all the way around. We had a broken spring that needed replaced for sure but he also informed us of all the other issues we had that we did not know about. He was not a "salesman" about it just fully informative or what parts were weak and was not pushy about a sale other than what we originally called for. Very professional while also able to laugh and be personable at the same time while also saving us a little money as well. Highly recommend Colin for any service you need. He still didn't give a clear answer if we were goin kayaking together or not after the service was completed but we have high hopes still. 10/10 still recommend company and Colin with one "L"

The technician Isaac was a delightful and chatty. He was very professional and did his best to help. Unfortunately , it was a commercial door and he was unable to fully help. I booked it on line and that was not an option for me. Something that would have helped us, by changing those options to book, please.

My technician was Elliot. He was amazing. He got there right on time. Give me notice ahead of time. Let me explain the issues that I’ve been having and he got right to work every step of the way he explained to me what he needed to do and my options my door sensors were not connecting, and he rewired everything and now that works perfect plus with a little tuneup. When I first bought my house 16 years ago, I first called precision to fix my door then and they’re the only people I use.

This is hard review for me to write. Let me say first your service person was on time, knew what was needed did the work professionally and was courteous and the door now works fine. My issue which resulted in the 3 star rate is in your pricing and a not exactly feeling I get from it. you have pulled the old retail "keystone" tactic, mark it up 70% then discount it 40% to make it look like a deal. I prefer a supplier who states a price I would agree to and do the work. I do not need the mumbo jumbo up and down on your billing. Like I said the product and the work were 5 star the paperwork not so much.

Technician Orlando was top notch! He throughly explained what was necessary to fix my door problem and what was suggested. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. He completed the work quickly and efficiently while leaving no mess behind. While Orlando was fantastic from start to finish, I feel the prices of the extra parts need was high. Overall experience was great and Orlando should be recognized as an outstanding employee.

I never had to work on a garage door before, so I threw the dice and reached out to Precision. This was a true 5-star experience. You first get a message giving you some real info about your technician, so it isn't like meeting a stranger. Then Eric G came and saved me. The previous owner destroyed the garage by installing the door with no stud. He masterfully fixed everything, and you wouldn't even know he had to cut into it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have my business when it comes to garage door maintenance and installs from now on.

Our garage door needed several repairs and it was off the track. It was super easy to make an appointment on line. RJ showed up on time and was beyond professional. He explained what happened and gave my husband and I several options so we could chose the one that fit our budget and needs. RJ was absolutely amazing. The garage door goes up and down better than it ever did when he was finished!
