Not sure I could have written up any better service than I got. Called in the morning, had them scheduled to install a new door in a 2-4pm window that same day which was BTW horrid rainy windy. They called around Noon to advise they would be there closer to 4(appreciated). Showed up at 3:30. Super nice and professional tech, in and out. Then good follow up after sale. Super job guys! I really couldn't be more impressed. And you take care of our veterans to boot! PS Rarely take my time to right reviews but you guys earned it. Top notch!

Your technician, Eric, did a great job on installing a new door opener after our old one failed. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. He pointed out a minor (and possibly a future major problem) with our old door. Since we had already planned to replace the door with a new insulated one this spring he told us about the fact that the door we need was now on sale at a substantial saving. We decided to replace it as soon as possible. Thanks, Precision, for your excellent service. There is never a good time for a garage door problem, especially during the winter.

The door is fine; but, in talking with several other contractors I am told a door installation should include outside trim and weather strip. Precision did not install and insists on an additional charge to come make it right. Will not recommend to anyone.
Hi Sandra, Thank you for the review. I have chosen to use what I believe is a superior seal. It is solid vinyl, and the rubber seal is molded into it. This seal holds up and works better than other seals in the industry. Like all products there are many options to choose from, some very inexpensive, and some that are not. In my experience the "free seal" some companies include with install is an usually an inferior product with no warranty. My choice doesn't always go over well, but most customers are happy with the product we offer. I will however offer you 50% off the cost in hopes that it will satisfy your complaint.
