Our technician we had was very good. He jumped right in and figured out what the problem was and fixed it right up. I hardly knew he was evenhere and he was quick. He was in and out in a half hour and now our door shuts a lot more quieter then it has ever.

We originally called because our door was giving us problems, but after talking with the service man who answered all our questions we decided to order a new door. He was very patient with us as we made our decisions on different options. One installer came, which surprised me because I thought it would take two, and he also was very polite and knowledgeable. He took down the old door and put it on his truck and installed the new door within two hours. We ordered the upgraded hardware with lifetime warranty on parts and labor. It is perfect, quiet and very attractive. We are very pleased with the service people and the product.
