Had an opener that I bought installed. The technicians did a thorough inspection of the door and recommend some repairs to be made - they showed me what was wrong and let me make the call on doing them or not. The install went very smoothly, and the door works great. Could not ask for better service (I called on 5:30 Monday and had the guys there Tuesday at 8:30 pm, and this was not a Rush!). Thanks!

This was one of the best home maintenance provider experiences I have had. Precision sent an e-mail confirming the appointment time including a color photo of the service technician (Mike) for security purposes. I also received a call a few minutes prior to arrival at my home. Mike arrived on time in a clean uniform, was articulate in explaining what he was going to do and he completed the repairs within an hour. He also found a cable problem that I had not noticed that could have resulted in a future injury or damage to the door if not addressed. He fixed this quickly and the charge was very reasonable.

The service technician was very prompt. The courtesy phone call to update me on his estimated time of arrival besides the scheduled window of installation was greatly appreciated. Mike was thorough and very professional. He hauled all garbage away, swept my garage floor after installation, and explained all features of my new garage door opener after completing the installation. It was as if the Precision garage door installation video on their website had come to life in my own home. Mike even checked my garage door over and recommended an upgrade to better garage door rollers to extend the service life of my new garage door opener. Thanks Mike for a job well done and making my family a Precision customer for life.
