Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and repaired spring, gear, etc, need for replacement, showed me the evidence of damage which suppoted his diagnoses, had all needed parts on his truck for immediate repair.In about one hour the repair was finished and proper functioning demonstrated to me. Good job!

Kudos to the Precision Door team! Ryan arrived early which is always appreciated! Ryan spent time explaining the options we had in order to fix the problem. After deciding to go with the rebuild kit he was quick to get all work finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door problem!
