The techs arrived on time and did a great job of explaining the issues with my current system and explaining the system they installed for me. The new system works great. Only negative was that I found a few staples on the floor after they left. They installed a new door opener, springs, repaired the tracks and lift bearings, and lubricated the door hinges.

Mike was very courteous, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He did not pressure me in any way to purchase any item. He made the adjustments to the opener and explained to me how it works. He also recommended to replace the rollers. My opinion is you have a very good employee.
