I had an issue with the rollers on our garage door track. I called Precision at around 3:30p.m. and they had someone to my house by 6:00p.m. the same day. We have used Precusion 2 times now and have been very impressed with the professional service received as well as polite and curtious technicians. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Very happy with the service, and the products. Repaired a spring that had broken, and did other maintenance on both doors. Doors have been operating more quietly ever since the repair. Very pleased with the repairman, also.

The technician (Mike) was very attentive and knowledgeable and professional. So, excellent work by him. I did have an issue that the dispatcher that took my call seemed much less knowledgeable and that even though I stated that I had a door that was larger than normal with an 8-ft tall opening, she indicated that the special for 2-spring replacement was applicable to me and my situation. I had no idea that the springs covered by the special were inappropriate for my garage door until that was explained by your technician onsite. I felt that I was misled either intentionally or due to lack of knowledge by your sales rep.
