Had to have a broken torsion spring replaced. I called around 11am and was scheduled for 4:00 the same day. Andrew called and said he was ahead of schedule so he could come a little earlier... he actually waited about 10 mins for me. Really good guy. Explained what he was going to do before hand, I was given options and aprox 1/2hr later, I was operating again. The door is balanced well and is quieter than its been in 10 yrs. I highly recommend!!!

The technician (Mike) was very attentive and knowledgeable and professional. So, excellent work by him. I did have an issue that the dispatcher that took my call seemed much less knowledgeable and that even though I stated that I had a door that was larger than normal with an 8-ft tall opening, she indicated that the special for 2-spring replacement was applicable to me and my situation. I had no idea that the springs covered by the special were inappropriate for my garage door until that was explained by your technician onsite. I felt that I was misled either intentionally or due to lack of knowledge by your sales rep.

I had an issue with the rollers on our garage door track. I called Precision at around 3:30p.m. and they had someone to my house by 6:00p.m. the same day. We have used Precusion 2 times now and have been very impressed with the professional service received as well as polite and curtious technicians. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.
