When I called today I made it clear that I was upset with the unit and how it had been less than reliable your company sent out Austin. This gentleman personifies excellence professionalism empathy and creativity all in one contractor. I know you can’t control all the ins and outs of the equipment that you purchase to resell. But you can control the manner in which you treat your customers. In this incident today you created the perfect example of how it should be done. Drew came out to the house, did an inspection and provided a detail explanation of what the issues were, what was obvious and a few things that were not as obvious. He presented 3 options for us to choose from, clearly explained each. We made our decision and he did the work right then and there. He is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to do business with. Highly recommend.

Definitely made the right choice! Garage door wouldn’t close on its own so thought I had a busted sensor. Ryan came out to replace the sensor but no luck. He tried every possible piece of the puzzle before confirming it was an electrical issue on the opener itself. I really appreciated the thoroughness before deciding a new opener was needed. Ryan laid out my options and was not pushy at all. This company is very cost competitive and probably even cost saving if you have a mailer coupon. I will use them again when inevitably my other 25year old opener kicks it. First time in over a year we can click a button instead of holding it down. Should have called sooner!
