I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. Joel, you should be very proud of the way that Mike represents your company. I shouldn’t need your services for a while but when I do I would like for you to make a note on my records that I would like to have Mike come to my assistance. Thank you very much, Dan Hansman

Even though there ended up being nothing wrong with the door, he checked it over thoroughly, made a few adjustments and discovered that the opener was coming loose from the wall. I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service before and have come to expect excellence from them. Today was no exception when I call them today to perform a routine service. Mike was sent out to perform the task. He was clean cut and courteous. Mike explained to me what he was going to do and began performing the task. He found 3 problems with my door and explained what it would take to repair them. I picked one and he immediately set out to repair the door. Mike said to keep watch over the other 2 items and if they got worse, to call Precision. He was very professional, knowledgeable and performed all task in a timely manner. It is very refreshing that a company sends out technicians who are proficient and care about the customer and the quality of work they perform. Good reviews brought me to Precision. Patrick (technician) came out and told me the issue and options to resolve. 20 year old openers. He didn't hard sell me. Very nice and knowledgeable. I decided to have 2 new openers installed mostly due to the age of the old ones. Patrick did a great job installing. Took his time. I felt he was installing them like he would on his own house. Great work. He even helped program them for our cars as well. Highly recommend Precision and Patrick !

Ryan did such a great job! He described exactly what needed to be done for our needs. He removed the old electronics and replaced them with new, mindful to make sure all the wiring was done really neat and clean. He ran through the finish line--making sure I knew how to work the doors and helped me set up app etc. I highly recommend him.

We had a failure of our garage door opener which we had recently purchased from precision somewhere in the last 5 to 6 years. The technician who installed that one was wonderful. When I called today I made it clear that I was upset with the unit and how it had been less than reliable your company sent out Austin. This gentleman personifies excellence professionalism empathy and creativity all in one contractor. I know you can’t control all the ins and outs of the equipment that you purchase to resell. But you can control the manner in which you treat your customers. In this incident today you created the perfect example of how it should be done.
