Drew, our technician, arrived early and quickly assessed the door’s issues; Door misaligned due to cable coming off track, weak spring, aging rollers, etc. He provided different levels of repairs and estimated costs. The repairs were made within his estimated time frame and the door and opener are now working. Drew is very knowledgeable and was at ease explaining the operation and problems associated with the door. In short, Drew was informed, friendly and professional.

Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.

Great service and overall experience. I called early this AM after my spring broke and was able to get someone scheduled to come out and fix it. The tech Ben was v very professional and did a fantastic job of explaining everything before during and after the work. My door has never worked better. I'm not sure how the prices comp[are to others but Im happy with the service I received for the price. I noticed they offer military discounts but don't think I got one. Would use and recommend highly again.

I would highly recommend Precision. Our technician, Kevin, inspected the door and made suggestions as to other things that might improve the garage doors function as well as longevity. He was not pushy but very informative and left the decision up to me. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and he left the garage cleaner than he found it. There is a noticeable difference in the garage door function as well as now being able to check status of the door through our phones. Great repair, information and service!!
