Complete satisfaction. Technician called to see if he could come early which was a benefit to us. He was a combination of competence, politeness and professionalism. He worked with us on the product and the price and called his manager when necessary to secure additional discounts. Did not appear rushed or hurried and left a very positive impression of the company he represents. I would recommend Precision to any of my neighbors without hesitation.
