Precision door should be offering training to other small businesses on "How to Get it Right!" I managed to back into my partially opened garage door (Yes, I'll own it!) and called Precision immediately. In less than 25 min. Matt was on the scene to get the door operational and provide options on how to remedy/replace. He was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. They will be installing a new door and I made a new note to self: "make sure you see the door is completely open before backing out!"

I had an issue with my door where there was a large gap on one end when the door was closed. I called early in the afternoon, and a technician was able to come the same day. They replaced the cable on that side, and it was covered under warranty. I purchased the door from them in 1997. They also replaced the seal, and the repair took less than one hour. The technician was very personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new door or door service.

Our torsion spring broke and needed repaired. Precision sent out Mike to our house the next day. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us a few options on how to make the repairs he was about to make last longer. The door was near 15+ years old and needed some servicing since many parts were starting to look a little rough. He worked quickly to get the job done and was very helpful on instructing us on proper garage door maintenance.

5 stars rating We were extremely pleased with Nick Z and his work on our garage door. He installed a new motor, put in new springs and rollers and a new remote control system. Basically rebuilt the entire system in a very short period of time. It works beautifully. And it is now whisper quiet. He even repaired the door which had been making a terrible loud cracking noise. He is very skilled and very courteous and friendly as well. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his advice and skills. Thank you for excellent work!

Definite 5 Star Rating! Precision came out promptly to service my garage door opener! My remotes hadn’t been working well! With some troubleshooting discovered the circuit board was shot! So installed a new one! Keith and Mike were great! Noticed door was noisy and greased it up! Remotes working great now! So appreciate their excellent service!

I am very positively impressed with Mr. Mike Felton. He was well-mannered, listen carefully to my explanation of the problem and correctly diagnosed where was the problem. His diagnosis was based on his experience and was different from my guessing. I asked him who could change worn out rubber strip that seals the door with the floor. He checked the vehicle and pulled out the rubber band. He explained to me the cost of material and labor and using proper tools removed the old strip and installed the new one. Also, he made some additional adjustments. He explained some useful facts about this type of doors that I will use in the future. I really like this company.

Hi there, I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My main spring broke on Monday afternoon. I called in at 4:50 PM. The Technician, Mike showed up early the next day by 11:00 AM! Unheard of response time! He did a full system check and educated me on my options. My door was fixed within 15 minutes! Garage door wouldn't open. Called Precision and was impressed by the phone service and fast availability of a technician. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (finding broken parts) and explained my options. I opted for a new garage door opener. Andrew was friendly, professional, and performed good work. He made sure I didn't have any questions prior to leaving. All this with the heat index over 100! Never had a garage door service before, so I cannot comment on pricing, but the experience was definitely top notch. I'd recommend them to friends and family if in need of garage door service.

Mike Felton did an amazing job. Solved the original problem of a jammed door in the up position, within 5 minutes. After re-programming all of our cars and manual remotes, Mike did a quick check and discovered frayed cables, which he replaced very quickly. Excellent service. Discovered your company by Google.
