I called Precision at 8: 30 am, they scheduled my service call for 12 - 2 pm same day, 30 minutes later Mike (tech) called and was available within 15 minutes, our garage door was repaired (nearly rebuilt) by 12 pm (same day) and the cost was very reasonable. I cannot say enough for Mike, he represents Precision very well. Great company, great people, you will not be disappointed.

I believe the repairman's name was Vladimir . He was punctual, courteous and I was very impressed with his knowledge and options clearly defined. Repair only took a few hours or less and it besides everything working there wasn't any sign he'd even been there. Meaning no mess.

A few months ago I had my garage door basically rebuilt by Precision doors. Fast forward to today. My 30 year old door broke into two pieces. Precision Doors came out looked it over and quoted me a price of a new insulated door minus the monies I paid for the rebuild. I had my garage door repaired this morning by Mike. He was early for our appt, which was good. He was extremely polite and competent in diagnosing what the problem. It was a spring. I was expecting a large bill, but he told me since Precision overhauled our door, the springs were under warranty. Wow! What good news. Springs are fixed, door is purring like a kitten.
