springs broke on a Saturday early evening--could not get out of the garage due to the weight of the door--Mike was on site within 30 minutes and had the new springs/rollers installed within an hour. fully explained what happened and what my options were--very professional and happy with the service

Joel cam first thing on Saturday morning and fixed my garage door. One of the springs had broken but when removing it he found other parts on the system were just about to break and he showed me these and explained it very clearly. As the system was installed in 1997 I was not surprised. He also showed me that it would be better value to replace those parts as a package with 30 year warranty than replacing each bit individually. this also meant that the cables and wheels were all replaced as part of the package I was very pleased with the service. he helped me replace the battery in the remote keypad also.
