We have used Precision previously and they always do a fantastic job. Our issue was not urgent, but they were able to come out 2 hours after I called and did the repair in half an hour (our garage door was uneven from a fraying cable). The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable. It was the easiest and quickest service we've had to our house in quite a while.

Mike showed up on time, fixed the issue, tightened up all of the bolts, lubricated all of the roller bearings and the large door spring, corrected one misalignment issue on the track, added grease to the door opener motor, re-attached the red emergency pull cord, and calmed down the husband. The next time the wife backs the car out of the garage before the garage door is up she can call Precision herself.
