The garage door springs broke first thing Monday morning trapping our cars in. I went on-line to schedule an appointment and the springs were replaced by lunch! I never thought it would have been resolved so quickly! The crew was very informative, offered suggestions and came with a stocked truck. Great Service!

Mike more than met my expectations. He arrived to reprogram my car remote which he did. While here he noticed that my cables were rusting, and my garage door was not sealing at the floor. He offered to provide a quote and within an hour the repairs were finished. I am a 'happy camper'.

Mike was great, arrived when he said he would, did a thorough inspection of the door, opener, and all the parts, then made the repair quickly. I also appreciated the fact that while our door and opener were older, he was very honest to let me know that everything was still in pretty good shape and didn't try to sell us anything else. He also took the extra step and time to ensure the floor was clean and there was nothing left behind that could be dangerous to feet or tires.

We were very impressed with Precision. Garage door was struggling to open during cold weather. We called and had an appointment the next day. Eric Gellenbeck was the technician. Your service installed garage doors on townhouse for developer 20 years ago. Though I am sole owner of townhouse all these years, hate to admit never had tune-ups/check this whole time. Original installation was great and only recently noticed doors opening/closing noisily, seemed out of balance, etc. This a.m. I nicked side of garage with car leaving and garage door would not close fully. When called you to fix, tech (Joey) arrived just 1.5 hour later and assessed situation: motors on both doors still ok but many of the other parts on last leg, and found cause of door closing problem. I elected to fix various moving parts figuring it was a matter of time before things were going to stop working. Joey worked all day in the cold, explained thoroughly what he was doing, got the fixes made. His workmanship excellent and answered all my questions. Thank you for coming out so quickly, staying with it all day in the cold, and extending the life to the older system here. Excellent work!

Last working day of 2023 our garage spring snapped around noon. Called Precision and Elliott was at our house by 3pm. He went over all components and told us what should be replaced. Repairs were not cheap but price was fair and well explained. I would recommend Precision if you suddenly need prompt garage door repairs.

Garage Door spring broke over the weekend, called the company that installed our garage door that has 24/7 service, but they did not answer their phones after an hour, so I called Precision. The customer service person was very friendly, and gave me a quote over the phone, and scheduled the appointment for the same day, with no upcharge/service fee for the weekend. The service technician Ryan called us on his way to our home and was there on time. Ryan did a great job fixing our garage door. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will certainly use Precision!

Precision apparently doesn't service my unit, and just recommends replacing it when there are issues. They found the manual online and tried and adjustment, which didn't work. tNext time just ask what the garage unit is to save everyone the trouble.
