You get what you pay for - and after my exceptionally timed visit from Elliot today, I feel like I got a good deal. Elliot was calling me with a 30 minute ETA just 2 hours after I called in needing a shattered spring replaced. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. At the same time, he didn't stand around trying to upsell me or waste my time. Within an hour of pulling into my driveway, he had new springs on my overhead door, new rollers in, tracks realigned, everything cleaned and oiled, and the garage tidied up like he had never been there. This is my first time using precision, but definitely won't be my last. I'd be lucky to get Elliot back next time, the guy is top notch.

Hello! I recently had an issue with my garage door opener. After trying to get a convenient repair order placed within a reasonable amount of time for my door, I contacted Precision Garage Door. They sent a technician on the same day, and within three hours had ALL of my issues handled! I am so appreciative. The Technician (Ben i believe) was excellent, thorough and really the time to explain what he thought were next best steps, which we went ahead and handled that day. Before he left, i received a complete walk through and now know that my garage door service will be done by Precision going forward! I've sent to relatives and friends their contact info and for sure, I've done that know that they will get professional, first class service IF and when they need it!
