The tech, Ryan, arrived 1- 1 1/2 hrs after I called for service, within 10 -20 min of the earliest estimated window and finished the job within his estimated window. He showed me the part of the old garage door opener which had failed and could not be fixed because of its age. He showed and explained to me the various replacement options without pressure for a particular one, answering my question along the way. He also identified and fixed developing problems with the garage door. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and Ryan (hopefully all the techs are as good as he is)!

I had my entire garage door and track and electrical replaced. The technician Tim Whitlow was absolutely wonderful. He did a thorough safety checklist on my door and operating systems and he explained everything to me in detail. He gave me lots of options of doors and colors to pick from. And himself, and the company was able to deal with my insurance in a fast and practical manner and give my insurance all the documentation that they needed. I highly highly recommend. I was very pleased that your company was able to come the same day that I called for service. Our main spring had broken trapping our cars in the garage. Ryan arrived early and he gave me a good picture of all the parts that needed to be replaced. He was very pleasant and efficient. I called Precision Garage Door Service ("Precision") based on the excellent reviews I saw online. One of the doors no longer opened and the other one needed some improvement. I called in the morning and Mike, the technician, arrived within a couple of hours the same day. He was extremely courteous, pleasant, professional, and helpful. He went as far as helping me with a clogged gutter over the garage doors! After he left, both garage doors were fixed and worked well. The new motor he installed on the door that did not open no longer made any noise. I can hardly hear that door when it goes up or down. The other door, which has an older motor, is also more silent thanks to new parts that Mike installed. I highly recommend Precision for their rapid response and the quality of their work.

Had a total garage door fail. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out in a very timely manner. Our service technician, Teddy, did a very good job explaining what was wrong with the door and mechanism and gave us 3 options from a band-aid to a full up repair that would last years. I chose the full up repair with a 7 year warranty and am very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Eli did a great job. He called ahead with an arrival time and after an introduction he immediately went to work and quickly replaced the rollers and oiled them. He did a thorough job of explaining the moving parts of the door and what kind of time frame the different parts would last. He wrote up a quote for any future repairs that we might expect on these 50 year old doors which was extremely helpful. All in all, a great experience from a very professional young man. Based on Eli’s work, I would recommend your company to friends and family.

We have had Precision out several times in the past few weeks to install new garage doors and make a repair (unfortunately my husband and I both ran into garage doors the past few weeks). The guys that came out were extremely professional and kind. Precision sends you a text ahead of time to let you know they are on their way- in this text is information about the person coming to your house- a nice little bio- it makes it more personal to know who you are expecting. Chris, Dakota and Mike have all been great. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing work on their garage doors!
