I called in the first place from your ad in Reach publication. I hadn't been that impressed from the way a competitor of yours had handled a job of mine a few years ago and their receptionist couldn't offer any service for 26 hours to rectify my current problem. Your employee, Vicki was very helpful and patient with my two calls for an explanation of your service and rates. The third call was the order. Your technical, Corey was starting to concern me on an "upsale" approach but was very honest and explanatory to my previous repair job with your competitor. And performed the task great for completion.

I knew the cable broke. Also knew the hardware might need to be replaced due to age. So I had no problem on the cost to fix.I needed someone to come as soon as possible, and you folks did just that I will probably use you next time. At least you will get the first chance to get abid in.
