Mike showed up to my home on time to replace the rollers on both of my doors. He was able to replace the rollers very quickly, and then we talked about other potential issues with the doors. Mike did not try to sell me anything beyond the rollers, but we discussed other possible issues with the smaller door which we use as our door in and out of the house. In the end I asked Mike to completely overhaul that door. Mike was able to quickly get the work done. Following the work Mike did, our door worked more smoothly and quietly then it ever did. I did stay in the garage with Mike as he worked and he was extremely professional in both his work and his conversation with me. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. If every service person could be like Mike it would make getting repairs done much more pleasant.
