The first thing that impressed me was the confirmation from Vicki via email regarding the estimated time that my service tech, Corey, would arrive. Providing his photo ID and brief bio was included in the confirmation. A confirmation to me that your company is on top of it's game. Corey arrived on time, was very knowledgable, efficient and pleasant. He is truly an asset to your company. I passed my enthusiastic recommendation on to my daughter who is a real estate agent and is always on the look out for good recommendations for home owner service oriented providers.

I decided to try a different company to fix my garage door. Your salespeople were responsive and I was scheduled within a couple of hours of my call. The technician, Mike, was very helpful and courteous. I probably purchased more than I should have in the way of repairs, but I believed the services and parts were necessary. Mike is a fine representative of your firm and you should be happy to have him on your staff. He answered questions and provided service.

I really like the new door; it is so quiet compared to the old wooden one! The gentlemen who removed our old door and installed the new one were polite, efficient and tidy. I appreciate the communication via internet on photo ID of technician scheduled to come to my home, and the follow up from office staff addressing any questions. The website was very helpful and full of good information. When I first called Vicki answered and was very professional, kind and a good communicator. I called back to book service and the next lady was also exceptional! Geoff my technician was very knowledgable, helpful and efficient.
