I hadn't been that impressed from the way a competitor of yours had handled a job of mine a few years ago and their receptionist couldn't offer any service for 26 hours to rectify my current problem. Your employee, Vicki was very helpful and patient with my two calls for an explanation of your service and rates. The third call was the order. Your technical, Corey was starting to concern me on an "upsale" approach but was very honest and explanatory to my previous repair job with your competitor. And performed the task great for completion.
