The initial customer service rep was informed and friendly and scheduled me at 10pm for the next day. Mike (technician) did a great job educating me on the door springs and other parts necessary to ensure a long-term fix since we plan on being in our home for many years. Mike was not only knowledgeable but appeared honest going over several scenarios in which the problem could be solved at different costs. I spent more than I planned as I originally thought we would.

After calling the company that originally installed our garage door and opener and getting a service date 4 days out, I called Precision and they came out within a couple hours. They also offered superior product. Corey did a great job explaining our options - and the product he installed. Great experience.
