After calling the company that originally installed our garage door and opener and getting a service date 4 days out, I called Precision and they came out within a couple hours. Josh was great! Only slight issue was that ordered oversized bottom rubber, that Josh clearly explained did not have on truck at initial appt. and would need to come back to install following week, however no follow up call received from Precision. I had to call one and a half weeks later to follow up & request installation.
