Our tech was knowledgeable, extremely friendly, open and honest. Not for a second did we feel that we were getting anything but truth backed by training, experience and integrity. This is not our first time using Precision and they have given us no reason at all to even think about using someone else. Every box was checked from punctuality, to communication, to the use of effective technology to streamline the process, to value and so on. Getting service right is hard. It requires attention to detail, commitment, culture and the willingness to invest in training and systems as well as being able to know how and where you can improve. I'd say Precision works on ensuring all of these things are in place.

RJ arrived in the designated timeframe, he was friendly and engaging. He didn't try to sell me any service, but he did tell me what was wrong with my door, most of which I was aware of. After deciding we would replace the door, he got our old one working in short order (the spring had broken) and then helped us decide which door to buy. He didn't try to sell us anything, but he was knowledgeable and showed us all of our options. The spring had broken on Friday night and withing 24 hours, it was repaired. And the price of everything was reasonable.

The ability to book an appointment online and have a service call. The following day was so convenient. Providing a short bio of the service person who was coming, helped me feel more comfortable with meeting him. This is a great feature. Teddy was the utmost professional in his demeanor, appearance and communication. He was so nice and personable so it made me comfortable dealing with him. He kept me informed at every step of the process and provided several options for my repair work. The best thing he did was ask me at the beginning of the appointment about my objective for the service call. I told him I wanted a working garage door and even though it was pretty major repair, he stayed until the job was finished and I could use my garage again. Plus, he even swept out my garage! I spoke with Andi? several times and she was keeping me in the loop about Teddy’s scheduling. She has a great customer service attitude and was so friendly. I highly recommend Teddy and the staff at Precision for any garage door issues.

I had a spring on my garage door snap at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and repair the door. I was surprised when a technician could come out between 3 & 6 that same afternoon! Kevin was our technician and he was very professional an walked through all our option. He let us know what HAD to be done to keep us safe and what COULD be done to prevent further issues. There was no sales pressure at all - he went through each option and we came up with the best solution for our situation. I am VERY pleased with the experience from the person answering the phone to final finished repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who is in need of a repair.

My technician, Eric, was great. Timely to the appointment and thorough in his explanation of the issues with my 13 year old door/opener. Gave me several options for repair/replacement (and the option not to repair/replace). Did feel as if I was being “sold” anything I didn’t need. Repair was complete timely. Eric took the time to help reprogram all openers and serviced my second door while on site. I would recommend Eric to any friend/neighbor.
