RJ quickly evaluated the issues with my garage door opener and offered options for replacement (because it was an old model not easily repaired) and then quickly went to work. I had a working garage door opener in about 2 hours! He also helped me program remotes for it. Very kind and helpful!

Precision installed our garage door some years ago and we have always been pleased with the service. Spring broke on a holiday weekend. I was expecting it to be Tuesday before someone could come out. Teddy was out bright and early the next day (Sunday). I was glad to have options based on how much door is used. Once again very pleased with the quality of work and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

I had a problem with my garage door late on Thursday evening (Nov 21). I called first thing Friday morning and was given an appointment for the same day. Matt came to my home and diagnosed the problem. He did not push me to buy a new opener. He explained the problem and we discussed the problem in the context of my opener being 24 years old. I did purchase a new opener. He had it on the truck and spent 2.5 hours installing it, new sensors, and a new wall mount control. He programmed the remote and tried to program my car’s integrated garage door opening feature but unfortunately the opener and vehicle remote did not synchronize. He was professional and very personable. I will use Precision again for sure. Prices were reasonable.
