Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was Outstanding. The service technician, Austin, did a great job explaining the issues cauing our door to make loud noises as it opened. Before Austin arrived, I thought we needed a new door however, Austin was able to fix the issue timely and efficiently without installing new door. We purchased hinges, rollers, cables and other items that were obviously needed. He also performed maintenace on the door. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door Service to anyone that requires door services. I am extremely satisfied. Thanks

Service was superb. management is marginal. Major rebuild of the entire door system. The ridiculous product list below is silly; about every part listed was needed. But The reason for the low rating is that i paid Austin almost $2,500 with a check so you don't have to pay American Express. He has my business card with phone and email. AS OF TODAY neither Monica nor I have received a copy of the detailed invoice nor a receipt. THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT

Austin was here to replace bottom seal on my garage door and then he inspected my door and fixed areas where light was showing to make my door completely air tight. He also showed me that I had a door opener that would open when power was out and he also put my opener on my cell phone. I was 200% happy with his work!!!!

We chose Precision because they had done work for us in a previous house and because they are local. A technician came the same morning I called. Josh was very helpful, showing us where the problem was with our garage door opener and recommending a new one. He gave us options and did not pressure us. He installed the new garage door opener right away and left our garage cleaner than when he arrived. Our old opener was quiet, but our new one is even quieter. We have had good service both times with Precision.

We’d been having problems with our outside keypad for a while and also noticed that the garage door motor, which was old, was making too much noise. Thought it might be time for a replacement and upgrade. And that’s what we did. Brandon was our service tech and he was great. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained everything and patiently took us through all the steps, answering any questions we had. From beginning to end it was a good experience.

Absolutely fantastic service by Elliot S! From the start to job completion, Precision offered quick and professional service. I even called on a Saturday morning and Elliot was at my house within a couple of hours. He was thorough in his work and explained everything very well, including my various options. He was patient and answered all my questions...was obviously not in a rush to move on to the next job like so many other contractors. I was overwhelmed by the amazing service we received. I called and was given a service time on the same day. Then the technician called within minutes to say he’d just finished a job in my neighborhood and could be to my home within 5 minutes. Drew T couldn’t have been a better representative of a company. Kind. Pulled my empty trash to the garage as he came up the driveway. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue within minutes and had our door working again within 30 minutes. I’d never hesitate to recommend this company and Drew more specifically.

Our garage door spring failed at about 9 AM and Precision had our door repaired and operable by 2 PM the same day. Contacted a competitor before Precision.
