My experience with Precision Garage, and the work done was excellent. I'd definitely give them a 5 star for quality of service, and professionalism. The service rep, Austin, called ahead and was on time. He was very personable and professional. Work was finished in about 30 minutes. Will hire again if needed. Highly recommended.

I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment. Purchased wifi garage opener, new springs and rollers then and set up & balanced garage door Very courteous and knowledgeable. Made sure all components to operate the garage door were understood. They programmed all remotes including the car manufacturers buttons. Spent time setting up the wifi app MyQ.

Ryan, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis... he spent quality time explaining our door issues. He gave a variety of options. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked. Because of his professionalism & honesty - we ended up choosing the 10-yr plan.
