My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great! I called in the morning because my garage door spring had broke. They were able to get me in the same day which was great. They even got me scheduled for an evening appointment which worked out well since I had to work till 6pm. I received a call from Teddy who arrived exactly when he said he would. Joey was very prompt and kind when he arrived. He assisted us in temporarily opening the door to get our kids to school before inspecting and repairing the spring. Joey even interacted with our kids and told them to have a great day at school on their way out. Joey provided us two estimates and discussed the advantages of each one. He helped us make informed decisions based on how long we plan to be in our house, and also provided some tips to keep the door maintained throughout the life of our door. My garage door was a mess and finally shut down with my car stuck inside. I live in a condo complex and have had work done in the past, but nothing like what I experienced today. Royal is by far the best technician I have had for this door. He is kind, considerate, and really knows about garage doors. He explained all that was bad and what he had to do to make it right. After he was done, Royal showed me all the bad parts and why they were bad. Thanks to him, I must now have the best garage door in the complex, and would definitely recommend Garage Door repair and Royal.....a real professional.
