Joey was very prompt and kind when he arrived. He assisted us in temporarily opening the door to get our kids to school before inspecting and repairing the spring. Joey even interacted with our kids and told them to have a great day at school on their way out. Joey provided us two estimates and discussed the advantages of each one. He helped us make informed decisions based on how long we plan to be in our house, and also provided some tips to keep the door maintained throughout the life of our door. It was a real pleasure to work with Joey and Precision!

Kevin and Issac gave us great customer service, was on time and very knowledgeable as well as informative. Watching him train Issac was very impressive. Each one teach one and Kevin is taking Issac under his wing showing him how to be compassionate and to listen with the intent to understand the customer concerns and issues. I pray all trainers and workers are as professional like the 2 men you sent to me today! Thanks and God Bless! Mr and Mrs. Smith

My garage door was a mess and finally shut down with my car stuck inside. I live in a condo complex and have had work done in the past, but nothing like what I experienced today. Royal is by far the best technician I have had for this door. He is kind, considerate, and really knows about garage doors. He explained all that was bad and what he had to do to make it right. After he was done, Royal showed me all the bad parts and why they were bad. Thanks to him, I must now have the best garage door in the complex, and would definitely recommend Garage Door repair and Royal.....a real professional.

First and foremost, you took care of my broken door within an hour of me contacting your office which is outstanding in todays customer service world. Second, your service rep Scott was personable, professional and explained everything in detail. Third, your senior citizen and Veterans discounts are much appreciated. And lastly, and I asked Scott to pass this along, I picked your company over Overhead Door, who installed my door, because of your advertising. I have watched your ads since I moved to Fishers 7 years ago and knew when I needed garage door service I would call you. I will be sure to pass along my feelings and recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends. All in all, a job well done. Thank you!!! Pete Braz

My Garage door wasn’t opening correctly so I called Precision and they dispatched a technician who arrived exactly within the time period that was quoted. When Scott D. arrived he thoroughly inspected my garage door and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Scott went above & beyond in explaining what was going on with my system and gave me options on what could/would happen with all of the scenarios. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and allowed me to do what made the best sense (physically & financially) to fix the immediate issue. Scott was very meticulous in his workmanship and got me back to ‘normal’ within 30 minutes.
