I was very impressed my installer Nick who replaced my door opener snd performed some long overff do he maintenance. He communicated with me through the entire process and kept me up to date. Your TV adds gave me confidence I was dealing with a larger company and you would be there if I needed service in the future. Service tech was extremely knowledgeable he explained all my options and prices for each option allowing me to make an informed decision before the work was done. He also explained how the entire system works and why it was not operating properly.

Had a major incident with our garage door around midnight. Precision Door Service dispatched someone very quickly that too on a Saturday. Ryan, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis... he spent quality time explaining our door issues. He gave a variety of options. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked. Because of his professionalism & honesty - we ended up choosing the 10-yr plan. Pricing was clear & was presented well in advance to make an informed decision. He asked if he could do anything else. Great service. No issues. Amazing company with super talented folks!. Thank you.

My experience with Precision Garage, and the work done was excellent. I'd definitely give them a 5 star for quality of service, and professionalism. The service rep, Austin, called ahead and was on time. He was very personable and professional. Work was finished in about 30 minutes. Will hire again if needed. Highly recommended.

I needed a new garage door opener. . . .the motor, remote control on the garage door, two openers, everything. I also had the rubber on the bottom of the door replaced. I am very satisfied with the two hours of work that your employee did. He explained what and why I needed the replacements; my equipment was over 20 years old. I am please with the new equipment.
