I have used Precision for service several years. So when I needed new garage doors and openers I called them and so glad I did. My technician, Martin D, was so courteous, hard working and dedicated to doing a great job! He didn't even take a break but continued to work. He explained everything to me and even programmed my openers to my car!! He has such a wonderful personality and work ethic. It's obvious to me after having service and now new installation that all of the employees have been well trained in customer service! I have and will continue to recommend Precision!

Technician Mike was great. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Due to stress fractures, we ended up replacing all six hinges on our garage door with a stronger gauge of steel compared to the inferior gauge used 20 years ago. Mike worked with us on the increased cost and did a great job installing the new hinges. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I would be thrilled to have Austin back for any other garage door needs we may have in the future.

Mike F Came to check frayed wire ends that I noticed were hanging out the back of motor. He eased my mind and said it was not a fire hazard or dangerous, just not finished properly when the original electrical work was done in the garage. He trimmed the wires and put a cap on the ends. Now no wires hanging. He also did a general check of the door and system to make sure everthing was working properly. Thank you Mike.
