Company was chose due to seeing your trucks out frequently, definitely more than others. Mike replaced a clip on my chain, lubricated all lines.

Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. They understand what a burden this can be and provided me a really fair deal. I could not be happier with the new opener. Thanks Ben!!

One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!
