Mike was very professional in identifying the required repair and replacement requirements. Also, recommend replacement of the keypad. Mike performed alignment and lubrications. He replaced and programmed the outside keypad. Mike was very efficient. I will recommend him to family and neighbors.

Great to work with. I had an emergency situation. They came within two hours, assessed the situation, and recommend options based on a series of questions they asked me. Follow-up appointment was for the installation of new garage door and opener. All work was performed satisfactorily. Both technicians I met with were professional and helpful.

We were very satisfied with our service from Precision. They were timely with our appointment, called to update us during the day regarding the time frame and notified us 15 minutes before arrival. Ben and Ryan helped us with our garage door and opener repairs and were knowledgable and easy to work with. They fixed the problem same day and now we have a functioning door! We will definitely be keeping Ben's card for the next time we need help with a garage door!
