My Garage door opener quick working and I called Precision who has same day service. I was given a 3 hour window for the afternoon and the technician Kevin U was on time. He wore a mask the entire time and gave my entire door system a full inspection. I’m glad he did because he found several things that were not safe and on the brink of further damage that could have resulted in someone really getting hurt or even worse. After pointing each failure point out to me he wrote up a few different quotes on the repairs that were needed. His truck was stocked and addressed all of them. Not only does my door work again but i feel safer knowing that it’s not going to collapse.

We had a new garage door and opener installed by Precision two years ago and had a “popping” noise develop. called and They had Ryan ( excellent knowledgeable technician) here the next day and he got it all taken care of!! Very professional and timely!

I did several website searches for garage door work. After reading most of the reviews I decided to go with Precision not only because of location but of the many 5 star reviews. After leaving a request on line for service late Saturday, I received a call back from Precision's Scheduler the next Monday and discussed some preliminary pricing and set up an appointment for service. Service was quickly scheduled for the next day! I was called that next morning from Kevin U. of Precision letting me know they could be at my home within 10-15 minutes and if that was okay with me. Kevin U. and a "In Training" person showed up right on time. Kevin and I discussed my garage door, the current issues I knew about and then let Kevin U. review the existing door himself to work up a quote. After about 30 minutes, Kevin U. had a quote with several options and upgrades as we discussed. I selected the service on the door which included new rollers, main center bearing, new bearing on both left and right pulleys, new dual springs long with a full door service. I also decided to go with a new Lift Master belt drive garage door opener that came with a lifetime warranty on the motor and belt as well as WiFi as I wanted the ability for my wife and I to close the garage door remotely from our cellular phones with a simple App! A big plus was that Precision's parts and service are fully warranted for a full year! They also applied one of the company decals to the door with all their contact information with my approval. It took a few hours to complete the installation of all the service and new garage door opener. Kevin U. went over all the work performed and trained me on all the operation of the new garage door opener. This included the new wall device and the programming of both vehicles with remote door openers built-in to our vehicles, the two remotes that come standard with the Lift Master garage door opener and the new MyQ App for remote closing, opening and status. We did not fully upgrade to the 360 degree digital camera built-in to the Lift Master unit as we already have digital security cameras. In summary, Kevin U. and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service far exceeded my expectations in punctuality, length of service, quality and knowledge of their equipment, training and just being some of the friendliest people to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone! It was one of the best decisions I've made in taking care of our home. To my delight, the Lift Master unit with belt drive, new rollers,new bearings and service has made my garage door the quietest door in the neighborhood when it opens and closes! My wife and I couldn't be happier that we chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service! Thank you for a job well done!

The nice lady who answered scheduled me same (within hours) day. I received. Nice informative text when the service guy was on his way. Nick Zatkoff and his assistant (forgot his name!) were extremely helpful and accomplished the removal of our busted opener and the installation of the new unit. Their cleanup - with a blower - left the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Their rating w/b 5 Star!

Brandon was our service professional. Couldn't ask for better service. We told him what we needed. He went out and reviewed everything came back with an estimate and options for us. He was very thorough in explaining each option and then gave us time to discuss and review. We gave him our choice and he went to work. When he was done we went out to the garage and he showed us what he did and how to work new opener. If we need anything further I will definitely ask for Brandon and would refer everyone to Precision and to ask for Brandon

We have always used Precision for our garage door repair. We get very good service. We just called them for a problem and they came out when scheduled, the Teck I believe his name was Eric looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. He said have a good and left. I asked what the charge was and he said it was just a lose wire in my opener. I will always call Precision they are polite and get the job done right.

Ryan the technician did a great job informing me of where the current issues were with my garage door and those that could become problematic in the near future resulting in another visit.
