We were very satisfied with our service from Precision. They were timely with our appointment, called to update us during the day regarding the time frame and notified us 15 minutes before arrival. Ben and Ryan helped us with our garage door and opener repairs and were knowledgable and easy to work with. They fixed the problem same day and now we have a functioning door! We will definitely be keeping Ben's card for the next time we need help with a garage door!

Incredibly fast turnaround! I called at 6:30 AM and they had someone out by Noon. Mike Felton was fantastic. Andrew, the person who came to check on our garage door, was a very personable young man, He knew immediately what the problem was and proceeded to repair it. So glad we no longer have to hear the "shake, rattle and roll" when the door opened and closed.

The problems the serviceman encountered were explained completely, I did not feel any pressure to spend anything that was not needed, he was competent and didn't rush in carrying out the repairs; in short, I am completely satisfied.

I was very pleased with Precision Overhead Doors, with the technician who was thorough and extremely pleasant, the work he performed in a very timely manner, his promptness, courtesy call to say when he would be here and the price I had to pay. I'd highly recommend them for any garage door work. Also, even though we had to delay the work by one day, the girl gave me the first time slot (between 8 &11) and the technician was here shortly after 8 and was finished by 10:30.

Really good service earlier this week. Our garage door spring had broken and Kevin was the tech who came out to fix it. He is very friendly and well-suited to his job. He looked things over, gave me a few options of what else could be repaired and what could wait, so that I could make the best decision for my budget. He didn't do any hard-sell which is appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the repairs were done! We will use this company and Kevin again in the future when needed.
