Technician Mike was great. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Due to stress fractures, we ended up replacing all six hinges on our garage door with a stronger gauge of steel compared to the inferior gauge used 20 years ago. Mike worked with us on the increased cost and did a great job installing the new hinges. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! Nick was knowledgeable and had all the parts on hand to make the repair the same day I called. Offered options up to a full replacement but I decided to just replace the sprocket. This is my second time having you guys out for a repair; would definitely use again. First repair last year was a broken spring on another door. These guys are consistent and do great work without a high pressure up sell.
