Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. They were polite, professional and explained and showed us what needed to be done, The work was performed quickly and when they left, you couldn’t tell they had ever been here as they left everything nice and clean. I would highly recommend them.

I called for a quote for a new garage door and Mike was here within an hour. He was extremely professional and very concerned with what I wanted. I never felt like it was more important to push his product or close a sale. He informed me on all options but spoke 95% just on what I said I was looking for. If I could give Precision 6 stars I would. I used them for the first time about 6 years ago when my old garage door died. They did an amazing job at a fair price to replace the entire door. Today I just had a tune up and things have not changed. Anfrew was on time, professional and pointed out some things that I will need to address fairly soon but there was NO high pressure sales pitch. Just excellent information. Sometime in the next couple of months I will use Precision again to do the work that was noted. I would recommend Precision without a single reservation!

Eric was my service technician. From beginning to and I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated the email telling me who my service technician would be and having pictures knowing that I would be able to recognize who was coming to my home. Eric explained everything very well and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and showed me what exactly he was replacing. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this to anyone else

After calling in late on a Saturday morning, I was guessing that I would be waiting to have someone come out Monday. I was surprised when I was told they could get me in to fix my vastly unlevel garage door that afternoon. After about an hour, Nick had everything looking great and the door performed beautifully. The price was very reasonable as well for replacing the cables and doing a tune up on the entire system. Would definitely recommend.
