Wonderful company and service tech Ben was amazing. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was perfect and most importantly the keypad and opener was programed before he left. I have ALWAYS used Overhead Door but thanks to Ben, Precision is my new "go to" company for all my garage door needs.

Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!

Great to work with. I had an emergency situation. They came within two hours, assessed the situation, and recommend options based on a series of questions they asked me. Follow-up appointment was for the installation of new garage door and opener. All work was performed satisfactorily. Both technicians I met with were professional and helpful.
