I was surprised and pleased that you were able to send a service man out the same day I called even though I didn’t have an emergency situation. James was very thorough in in determining the cause for our noisy garage door. His recommendations were clear and he did not try to sell us something we didn’t really need. He worked quickly and we are very pleased with the results. He was very courteous and obviously knew his business.

Eric was incredible. He showed up on time and was so nice and helpful. Showed a screen shot of what our house would look like with the color we picked and then offered to switch out our garage lightbulbs that we out and got my car set up with the opener in the car to work which he didn't have to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

A definite 5 star. Your service man Tyler did a great job in showing me the problem areas and then providing a couple of cost options to remedy the problems. After I chose the option I thought was best he sharpened his pen to provide some coupons to make it easier. He also did a great job with the installation of new parts and went over everything when he was finished. Nice job Tyler!

Mike was on time and pleasant. He quickly deduced the problem and fixed my garage door. I also mentioned that my remotes are not working well and he suggested some new ones that he setup to work with my garage doors. My wife and I love the new remotes! Precision send a technician to our home within hours of our call. Our service technician (Nick Z.) was outstanding! He was polite, friendly, professional yet personable, and very knowledgeable! He replaced our broken springs serviced other existing parts of our door. it works great now and operates more quietly than before. And he reprogrammed our remotes which now work better! Nick also made sure I got the (Veterans) because of my prior military service. I definitely recommend Precision : )

Mike replaced my garage door opener with a wifi model (belt drive), replaced by old plastic rollers with ball-bearing Teflon rollers, put new keypads in place and made all the right adjustments. He made sure to review everything with me and stayed until I had all my questions answered. Also, I received same day service which is important when your old garage door is mysterious opening and closing for no reason. I'm thrilled with the product, the professional installation, and the company. Thanks for taking care of me.

When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!
