Had an emergency garage door repair and precision came out the same day. Most service technicians will give a time window for when to be expected, in this case it was from 2 to 4. Mike arrived right after 2 and gave me a call to give me a heads up. He was knowledgeable and professional. My garage door is fixed! Our spring broke so the garage door was unable to open. Andrew replaced the spring and did a thorough inspection of the entire door and all of the parts. The doors are 18 years old and the parts are as well as they’ve never been updated. Andrew explained to me where some plates were no longer working as they should and was creating a hazard everytime the door opens and closes. He also was very detailed and explained everything good and bad about the door in terms that I could understand enough without having any knowledge of garage doors. He was super easy to work with! Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. They were polite, professional and explained and showed us what needed to be done, The work was performed quickly and when they left, you couldn’t tell they had ever been here as they left everything nice and clean. If I could give Precision 6 stars I would. I used them for the first time about 6 years ago when my old garage door died. They did an amazing job at a fair price to replace the entire door. Today I just had a tune up and things have not changed. Anfrew was on time, professional and pointed out some things that I will need to address fairly soon but there was NO high pressure sales pitch. Just excellent information. Sometime in the next couple of months I will use Precision again to do the work that was noted. I would recommend Precision without a single reservation!
