Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!
