Great service from the initial call through the completion of the job. They were able to have a technician come out right when we called. That ended up not being perfect time for us, but they were able to come out right during the first possible time we were available. Technician called ahead, was there when he said he was going to be, and was great to work with. Very personable, professional, and he knew his stuff! Once it was determined what needed to be done, he worked quickly did an excellent job. No complaints at all, and I'd highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Vladimir called about 30 minuted before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He inspected our garage door and explained to us what was needed to fix it and what our different options were. Nick was great, I'm thrilled with how fast they came out. The spring broke with our garage door. He quickly fixed the issue and did a really great job cleaning up after himself. He explained everything that he was going to do, received my approval and then fixed the door. He even fixed the door so it is quiet, which is amazing. I highly recommend the company.

Came out to service and adjust my garage door after I noticed a potential problem. The adjustment was made and the tech, Vladamir, noticed something else and asked about it. It could have been a big deal but he took care of that and checked everything else, included a lube job to be sure all was in top shape. Fast, efficient, courteous, and pleasant tech. Full disclosure: I come from a very technical background and for me, the mechanics of a garage door is well understood. I called for a broken spring, but I knew many other problems l had with my door. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable, inspected and caught all the issues. I wasn't testing him but I was very pleased that he was skilled in his trade to make the door right and not just fix and move on. He was not pushing on trying to sell me anything but explained clearly the cause and effect of the issues and let me make the final decision. I will use Precision again.

Josh was very pleasant and fast doing the work. You could tell he knew what he was doing. Replaced springs, cables and rollers. Price may have been a little high but have nothing to compare it to.

Andrew and his trainee were awesome. Assessed my situation, discussed options with me and we made a go forward decision. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a new opener system (though I did based on age of my equipment). They were professional and really seemed to have my best interests in mind.
