One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!

Brian Phillips was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was running ahead of schedule and called to ask if it was okay if he showed up early. My garage door spring broke on Sunday. I was able to make contact with the company on Sunday and they scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Kevin was the technician who arrived at the schedule time. He did an assessment on my garage door and explained the options I had. I did end up buying a new garage door but with no pressure from Kevin. Kevin did replace the spring and make some minimal repairs so I could use the door until my new one was installed. Kevin was A+

$80 tune up but no info on what was completed. Was given a quote for future work but never saw on my invoice per my request. Next day get a coupon in the mail for an extensive tuneup explaining what it entails and roller repaits for $99. I was quoted as needing new rollers. Why was i not offered this? Saw several other companies with tune ups for $10-20 less and more explanation. All my invoice stated was service charge and fuel charge. Feel like I was taken advantage of and have called to express my concern but still waiting to talk to the main office.

Hi Mike, I apologize we let you down. Our technicians aren't permitted to offer coupon specials. The reason is coupons cost $$$ to get distributed and the offers are there to entice new customers to use our company. The offset in the loss is having the opportunity to have another long term customer. When you wake up and can’t get your cars out. It was great to make a call and have the job done by lunchtime. Nick was great with showing me what was needed to fix the door. You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!

I called at 4 pm to get an estimate on new garage doors and Paul was at our house by 4:15! I'm sure 15 minute service isn't typical but WOW! Impressive! I was very pleased with the service and information.

I called on a week end and had a service man here on Monday morning. He explained what our options were and gave us the price for each. There was no hard sell tactic, I could chose whichever repair I wanted with no pressure. The work was completed quickly and the garage was cleaned up nicely before he left.
