Had an emergency garage door repair and precision came out the same day. Most service technicians will give a time window for when to be expected, in this case it was from 2 to 4. Mike arrived right after 2 and gave me a call to give me a heads up. He was knowledgeable and professional. My garage door is fixed! It’s nice receiving great customer service without the up sell and overcomplication of the initial problem. Thanks Mike!

Our spring broke so the garage door was unable to open. Andrew replaced the spring and did a thorough inspection of the entire door and all of the parts. The doors are 18 years old and the parts are as well as they’ve never been updated. Andrew explained to me where some plates were no longer working as they should and was creating a hazard everytime the door opens and closes. He also was very detailed and explained everything good and bad about the door in terms that I could understand enough without having any knowledge of garage doors. He was super easy to work with! Thanks Precision!

Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. They were polite, professional and explained and showed us what needed to be done, The work was performed quickly and when they left, you couldn’t tell they had ever been here as they left everything nice and clean.
