The entire experience from POGDS was great, from the prompt response for scheduling, updates about arrival time and a quick bio about Ben prior to our scheduled appointment. Ben was not only on time, but it was clear he respected the distancing measures in place due to covid and was respectful of our needs and budget. He clearly explained the various options and even went as far as recommending Maintenace procedures for long term care, this is always appreciated as I know nothing about garage door upkeep. Ben was respectful of my lack of knowledge and helped consult rather than sell, this is a HUGE plus in my book. Spring broke after 6 years. Appointment scheduled quickly. Tech was great. Replaced both springs and completed routine maintenance in 45 minutes. All parts and labor covered under the originally purchased protection plan. Highly recommend.

My Garage door opener quick working and I called Precision who has same day service. I was given a 3 hour window for the afternoon and the technician Kevin U was on time. He wore a mask the entire time and gave my entire door system a full inspection. I’m glad he did because he found several things that were not safe and on the brink of further damage that could have resulted in someone really getting hurt or even worse. After pointing each failure point out to me he wrote up a few different quotes on the repairs that were needed. His truck was stocked and addressed all of them. Not only does my door work again but i feel safer knowing that it’s not going to collapse.
