When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!

Had an emergency garage door repair and precision came out the same day. Most service technicians will give a time window for when to be expected, in this case it was from 2 to 4. Mike arrived right after 2 and gave me a call to give me a heads up. He was knowledgeable and professional. My garage door is fixed! Our spring broke so the garage door was unable to open. Andrew replaced the spring and did a thorough inspection of the entire door and all of the parts. The doors are 18 years old and the parts are as well as they’ve never been updated. Andrew explained to me where some plates were no longer working as they should and was creating a hazard everytime the door opens and closes. He also was very detailed and explained everything good and bad about the door in terms that I could understand enough without having any knowledge of garage doors. He was super easy to work with! Mike replaced my garage door opener with a wifi model (belt drive), replaced by old plastic rollers with ball-bearing Teflon rollers, put new keypads in place and made all the right adjustments. He made sure to review everything with me and stayed until I had all my questions answered. Also, I received same day service which is important when your old garage door is mysterious opening and closing for no reason. I'm thrilled with the product, the professional installation, and the company. Thanks for taking care of me.
