I called in around 5pm as my garage door spring broke. Joel took my call, assessed my needs and completely exceeded my expectations. Joel scheduled an appointment for the very next morning. Kevin called me at 8 am to confirm my appointment and let me know that he and James would arrive in 15 minutes. They showed up right on time. They were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They spent the time to explain how my spring broke and provided me with 2 or 3 options to repair my door. They have earned my business for life and I will be sure to recommend Precision to anyone I come across needing Garage Door repairs.

I called for a 2nd estimate to replace a damaged panel on a door that had been installed in 2009, as the first estimate I got seemed high. I didn't realize when I made the appt. that Precision doesn't install the brand of door I have, so I felt terrible when Matt showed up and there was nothing he could do. He was so nice about it and made sure I knew that it was no trouble at all. Thanks, Matt!

I had an amazing experience with Ryan D today. He listened to my needs and told me what was best didn't sugar coat anything he was straight forward and showed me things I already could see and knew but for what I needed not putting a bandage on a sore that was going to cost me in the long run way more then just replacing now and healing the sore. Sure he would have been happy taking and putting the bandage on and coming out a few more times to put more bandages on until finally it was all fixed from top to bottom. He has saved me a lot of stress and grief by just getting down to the nitty gritty and taking care of the issues all at one time sure I may have to wait a bit to get it done but at least we are on the waiting list to get it done rather then just sitting here waiting on what to do next. Thank you Ryan D for being a great honest up front kind of service man and not sugar coating anything.

ay through an already trying day I found my garage door halfway closed, crooked, and off its rails. Having little hope I could get service today and resigned to the expense of a new garage door, I called Precision Garage Door Service. Adam was at my house within 3 hours, assessed the significant damage, offered me three options for fixing (not replacing) my door depending on whether I wanted the bare minimum or a longer term remedy, and then spent 2.5 hours fixing it on the spot! Adam was polite, well informed, explained everything in detail, and solved my issue for a reasonable price. No upselling, incredible service, and quality repair. A great experience despite the unfortunate and expensive circumstances. I highly recommend

DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE A GARAGE DOOR FROM PRECISION DOOR SERVICE! Their service is no existent. I called and had their door estimator come out Thursday and he quoted me a garage door but said that it would be 6 weeks before the doors might be in but someone would call me Friday to schedule the install - which NO ONE HAS DONE. I called twice and get the same answer, someone will call me back - BOT NO ONE HAS. Now keep in mind, when the estimator was here he had to open and close the door several times for pictures etc and in that process the hinges finally broke and the door was inoperable. He said to disconnect it from the motor and try opening and closing it manually. I did pay the down payment of $445 and do not want to lose that money, but I need a garage door. So I paid Precision money for a new garage door but no one will call me back to tell me when it will be delivered. Anyway, I am hoping the owner of this company will see this response and call me to discuss how to exceed in delivering Customer service. I am very dissatisfied and am looking elsewhere to see if I can get a door from another company in less than 6 weeks!!
Hi Bill, I did see it. I moved some things around and your door will be going in ASAP. I apologize we did not resond quickly to your calls our manager responsible for scheduling was out on Friday. After having been woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night by my garage door going up on its own, I was happy to install a new opener. Precision Overhead Door quickly setup an appointment on the phone for the same day and the technician arrived on time. We just had a "complete garage door overhaul" (springs bearings, rollers, floor seal) after years of neglect. Eric performed beyond expectation, he was quick and had the whole thing disassembled and parts replaced in just about 2 hours. While he was there he diagnosed a fault with the way the garage door opener had been installed (a DIY job) and he corrected the problem with the weight distribution/load I created when I hung the track ... The door is now 85% quieter and is perfect in almost every way. If you call for service as for Eric and expect exceptional service.
