Technician did a great job explaining what the problem was and what my options are. He gave me several options . He did a great work and replaced garage door opener and springs . One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!

Great to work with. I had an emergency situation. They came within two hours, assessed the situation, and recommend options based on a series of questions they asked me.
