Joel, Tyler is an A+ technician! He is an asset to your company! He arrived at the beginning of the 2-hour window. I was his last customer of the day and he did not rush servicing my door. He was very polite knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I understood everything. He asked me several times if I had any questions just to make sure he had covered everything regarding servicing my door. Having Tyler as a technician I will remain a customer with Precision Door. When you wake up and can’t get your cars out. It was great to make a call and have the job done by lunchtime. Nick was great with showing me what was needed to fix the door. He also went over other items that could be replace to help everything last longer. Would highly recommend these guys for quick quality repairs.

You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!

I was surprised and pleased that you were able to send a service man out the same day I called even though I didn’t have an emergency situation. James was very thorough in in determining the cause for our noisy garage door. His recommendations were clear and he did not try to sell us something we didn’t really need. He worked quickly and we are very pleased with the results. He was very courteous and obviously knew his business.

Eric was incredible. He showed up on time and was so nice and helpful. Showed a screen shot of what our house would look like with the color we picked and then offered to switch out our garage lightbulbs that we out and got my car set up with the opener in the car to work which he didn't have to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

A definite 5 star. Your service man Tyler did a great job in showing me the problem areas and then providing a couple of cost options to remedy the problems. After I chose the option I thought was best he sharpened his pen to provide some coupons to make it easier. He also did a great job with the installation of new parts and went over everything when he was finished. Nice job Tyler!

Precision send a technician to our home within hours of our call. Our service technician (Nick Z.) was outstanding! He was polite, friendly, professional yet personable, and very knowledgeable! He replaced our broken springs serviced other existing parts of our door. it works great now and operates more quietly than before. And he reprogrammed our remotes which now work better! Nick also made sure I got the (Veterans) because of my prior military service. I definitely recommend Precision : )

Mike replaced my garage door opener with a wifi model (belt drive), replaced by old plastic rollers with ball-bearing Teflon rollers, put new keypads in place and made all the right adjustments. He made sure to review everything with me and stayed until I had all my questions answered. Also, I received same day service which is important when your old garage door is mysterious opening and closing for no reason. I'm thrilled with the product, the professional installation, and the company. Thanks for taking care of me.
