Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, quick and provided many different options with pros and cons of each. Who knew there were so many options when it comes to garage door repair. We would definitely recommend and use Precision again. And....as a nice touch, the personalized text letting you know a little about who was coming to your house is great!

DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE A GARAGE DOOR FROM PRECISION DOOR SERVICE! Their service is no existent. I called and had their door estimator come out Thursday and he quoted me a garage door but said that it would be 6 weeks before the doors might be in but someone would call me Friday to schedule the install - which NO ONE HAS DONE. I called twice and get the same answer, someone will call me back - BOT NO ONE HAS. Now keep in mind, when the estimator was here he had to open and close the door several times for pictures etc and in that process the hinges finally broke and the door was inoperable. He said to disconnect it from the motor and try opening and closing it manually. I did pay the down payment of $445 and do not want to lose that money, but I need a garage door. So I paid Precision money for a new garage door but no one will call me back to tell me when it will be delivered. Anyway, I am hoping the owner of this company will see this response and call me to discuss how to exceed in delivering Customer service. I am very dissatisfied and am looking elsewhere to see if I can get a door from another company in less than 6 weeks!!

Service was prompt, friendly, and on time. We called a different company before Precision and they couldn't give me a day or time for an appointment. They still haven't shown up and it's been over a week since I first called. Thank you Precision for getting our door back in service!!

After having been woken up a couple of times in the middle of the night by my garage door going up on its own, I was happy to install a new opener. Precision Overhead Door quickly setup an appointment on the phone for the same day and the technician arrived on time. He was very professional and personable and took his time to do a good job quickly. He helped me program all of the openers in my vehicles. I couldn't be more happy with my Precision Overhead Door experience.

We just had a "complete garage door overhaul" (springs bearings, rollers, floor seal) after years of neglect. Eric performed beyond expectation, he was quick and had the whole thing disassembled and parts replaced in just about 2 hours. While he was there he diagnosed a fault with the way the garage door opener had been installed (a DIY job) and he corrected the problem with the weight distribution/load I created when I hung the track ... The door is now 85% quieter and is perfect in almost every way. If you call for service as for Eric and expect exceptional service.

My service tech, Andrew, was exceptional. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess and service my existing garage doors and pointed out areas to keep an eye on. While I understand his job is to sell additional parts and or services, he did not push or come across as “salesy”.

The entire experience from POGDS was great, from the prompt response for scheduling, updates about arrival time and a quick bio about Ben prior to our scheduled appointment. Ben was not only on time, but it was clear he respected the distancing measures in place due to covid and was respectful of our needs and budget. He clearly explained the various options and even went as far as recommending Maintenace procedures for long term care, this is always appreciated as I know nothing about garage door upkeep. Ben was respectful of my lack of knowledge and helped consult rather than sell, this is a HUGE plus in my book. If you’re looking for a company to work with for your garage door needs, look no further than Precision!

We were having difficulties with our garage door opener not working properly. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they sent a technician within 3 hours. Upon arrival the technician inspected the opener and the door. He informed us of the issues with both and offered several options to resolve the issue. Adam S. serviced my garage door, programmed a new remote I purchased from Chamberlain, and installed a new outside keypad for me. He did an excellent job and also let me know what issues I may have in the future and gave me estimates on doing some needed maintenance and other things to do to be proactive for the future.
