Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. He provided a replacement that is stealthily quiet and at a very good price. I am thrilled by the whole experience, and Drew was a Rock Star! Thanks Precision~

No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. They understand what a burden this can be and provided me a really fair deal. I could not be happier with the new opener. Thanks Ben!!

One problem I see is that garage door opener did not have other brands such as chamberlain, over head genie . It was only precision brand!

Great to work with. I had an emergency situation. They came within two hours, assessed the situation, and recommend options based on a series of questions they asked me. Follow-up appointment was for the installation of new garage door and opener. All work was performed satisfactorily. Both technicians I met with were professional and helpful.
