The technician, Mike F., was professional, competent, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time. He listened to my description of the issue fully. He offered a solution that was was satisfactory to me, along with the cost to do this garage door repair. There were no surprises, and Mike fixed the problem. He wore masks and gloves throughout his visit. Based on this experience I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service again when needed, and I will request Mike F. to do that future work for me.

He gave a variety of options. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked. Because of his professionalism & honesty - we ended up choosing the 10-yr plan.
