The service guy Mike F came within the hour and did an amazing job, he is very knowledgeable, precise and clean. Both garages work great. We have always used Precision for our garage door repair. We get very good service. We just called them for a problem and they came out when scheduled, the Teck I believe his name was Eric looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. He said have a good and left. I asked what the charge was and he said it was just a lose wire in my opener. I will always call Precision they are polite and get the job done right.

Ryan the technician did a great job informing me of where the current issues were with my garage door and those that could become problematic in the near future resulting in another visit. There was no heavy sales pitch just an informational conversation. The quality of work was as good as the customer service. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone having issues. End result; my garage has never been so quiet opening or closing

Garage door opener was failing fast. Received an appointment next day, that was convenient for my schedule. Drew arrived and made the assessment in a timely fashion and determined my existing opener was 24 years old and barely functioning. No one likes to spend money on a garage door opener, but if you do I highly recommend Precision garage doors. Ben was great! Presented me with a cost for repair on a 20 year old opener or pricing options on a couple new openers and door roller replacement. They understand what a burden this can be and provided me a really fair deal. I could not be happier with the new opener. Thanks Ben!!

Brandon was our service professional. Couldn't ask for better service. We told him what we needed. He went out and reviewed everything came back with an estimate and options for us. He was very thorough in explaining each option and then gave us time to discuss and review. We gave him our choice and he went to work. When he was done we went out to the garage and he showed us what he did and how to work new opener. If we need anything further I will definitely ask for Brandon and would refer everyone to Precision and to ask for Brandon
