Technician Mike was great. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Due to stress fractures, we ended up replacing all six hinges on our garage door with a stronger gauge of steel compared to the inferior gauge used 20 years ago. Mike worked with us on the increased cost and did a great job installing the new hinges. Highly recommend Precision Door!

Technician Austin D did a great job providing exactly what I needed. He re-programmed a broken remote, helped me program a new car to open the garage door, and installed a keypad outside the garage. Austin explained each step clearly as he went and I was thrilled with the service he provided. It also came in under the price I was expecting to pay! I would be thrilled to have Austin back for any other garage door needs we may have in the future.

My experience with Precision Garage company was exceptional. My new garage door was installed in a timely manner. Ryan, Jacob and Kevin (service men) were all courteous, pleasant, compassionate and professional. They listened attentively and addressed all my questions and concerns appropriately. Nick was knowledgeable and had all the parts on hand to make the repair the same day I called. Offered options up to a full replacement but I decided to just replace the sprocket. This is my second time having you guys out for a repair; would definitely use again. First repair last year was a broken spring on another door. These guys are consistent and do great work without a high pressure up sell.
