I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Josh was punctual, courteous, explained everything that needed fixing, finished within the timeframe he stated he would, and even went above and beyond to clear out some leaves I had in the garage so they wouldn’t affect the sensors.

Austin was great. Had a broken spring on a rental unit door and he was there same day, when promised. Repair was completed quickly and without surprises. Good communication via text and phone. After 10 inches of ice & snowfall, my garage door cable broke when attempting to open it. I called Precision and Josh B was here in about 2 hours. He did a thorough analysis of the door and made several recommendations. My garage door is nearly 20 years old and Josh did a great job of keeping what parts were still in good working order. He offered cost conscious solutions and explained the value of each available option. The work was completed same day and my repaired garage door works great for a fair price with superb service.
