Super Service! Tony was on the front steps within a few hours of calling for service...the same day! Tony had a great attitude, was super friendly, and gave a variety of options for the repair. Once we approved, he got started (Yes, he had all the stuff in his truck!) and within an hour, the garage door opened again. The improvements he suggested were worth the investment as the door is much quieter now than before. 10/10 recommend for any garage door problems!

We had the bottom roller come out of the track and the roller stem came apart from the bracket. Mike, the technician, quickly addressed and fixed the issue and he even adjusted the spring tension. Fast, professional service!!!

Joey stayed in regular contact with us the day of our appointment so we knew how his schedule was moving and his expectation for arrival. He quickly diagnosed our issues and pointed out some additional things to think about due to the age of our doors. He gave me an estimate of what repairs might cost and also referred me to company designers to consider new design options and costs. It helps as we consider options to know costs. I’ve been a precision customer for years - we were having problems with our garage door, closing on an inconsistent basis, so called Precision. RD J was our technician- he was able to identify the problem quickly and was very through and showing me via pictures and video as well as explaining what the issues were. I appreciated him showing me the components and the options for replacing them. He was able to fix everything while he was here. Our new system is very quiet and smoothly operating. Excellent service- highly satisfied.

I am very glad I chose Precision to come repair a broken spring on my garage door. I had been previously using a different company that had been recently purchased by another company. I figured it was a good time to try someone new. Drew T. was my technician and was on time and communicated well when his arrival time would be. Drew took the time to look over the entire garage door and examine how it was operating. The broken spring was obvious, but there were other things that were not so obvious to me. I had my overhead garage door completely replaced about 14 years ago by the company I had previously mentioned. I have had, possibly, three sets of springs replaced since I originally had the new door installed. Never once, did the previous company go over the function of the overhead door and how each part plays a role in how the door operates. Drew took the time. The springs, the center plate bearing, the cable drum bearings, the cables, the rollers and torsion tube were all explained to me. Drew pointed out the condition of each and left it up to me on what maintenance I wanted him to perform. No sales pressure at all. I ended up purchasing upgraded springs and I had Drew replace a few other items. The door worked so much smoother and quieter after he was finished. I waited almost a month to post this review. The door still works just as smooth as the day Drew did the repairs. For me, the money was well spent. From my experience, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis.

Brandon did a fantastic job at helping us understand what issues he was seeing with our door's springs and drums. He made it easy for us to make an informed decision to have our springs and drums replaced as our originals installed by Pulte were fairly limited in their abilities and had seemingly ran out of usability. Brandon was really easy to talk to, not condescending at all with what we didn't know, and just an overall great person to deal with. Thanks guys!

Wow! When the spring on our garage door broke I called Precision and they were here within an hour. They had originally installed the doors 8 years ago and did great work. Vlad did a great job diagnosing the issue, providing a quote and getting the repairs made quickly (and in freezing cold weather!). We truly appreciate the super fast service. This review is given by an industrial journeyman electrician of over 40 years and a DYI'er most of my life. I don't give 5 stars to contractors of any sort. They are a business and the first order of business is the bottom line. Customer interest is second. After numerous attempts on my part to get the opener to program, I gave up and found Precision on google maps close by me. They're 5 star ratings convinced me to call. Long story short: I'm happy with the outcome tho it came at sticker shock cost. Suggestion: explain to the customer what was done to solve/fix the problem.

I called for a tune up appt and they were able to give me an appt same day! Orlando arrived promptly, examined the equipment and offered recommendations for needed replacement of original builder quality parts. He gave me three options so I could find the solution that would best suit my needs and budget. Once the decision was made, he installed the new equipment and adjusted remaining equipment for smooth and quiet operation . So happy with the results and with Orlando!
